Salaries and Benefits:

• Up to $26.80 per hour
• Comprehensive insurance coverage
• Issued e-Medical Card upon 3 months of service

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage communications for innovation programmes, including but not limited to electronic direct mailers (eDMs), feature articles, and updates to key stakeholders.
• Review and process funding requests for innovation projects.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders for events such as MSE Awards Ceremony and Public Service Week, covering logistics, participant engagement, and event communications.
• Oversee post-award coordination, including communication and follow-up with relevant parties.
• Arrange and support meetings, including preparation of meeting notes.
• Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned.

Key Requirements:

• 2-3 years of relevant working experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel) and Canva for creating visual materials
• Strong written and spoken English, with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to create engaging and well-designed communication materials
• Proactive, highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask independently and in a team
• Experience in event coordination, communications, or admin support is an advantage
