Headcount Needed: 1 pax (Full time)

Salaries & Benefits:

• $2,700.00 per month
• Completion bonus will be given
• Comprehensive insurance coverage
• Issued e-Medical Card upon 3 months of service
• Tele-consult available upon 3 months of service
   

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Perform data collation and analysis of the pre-entry housing applications received.
• Provide daily and monthly statistical reports to Licensing Management
• Assist to generate non-compliance statistics and generate letters for administrative letters to be imposed on non-compliant employers.
• Attend to public enquiries received via CRM or phone and to assist with handling appeals against the administrative actions.
• Conduct preliminary assessment for housing applications with unique circumstances and propose appropriate course of actions.
• Any other ad-hoc duties when assigned.

• Strong in Excel skills to be able to perform data collation and analysis
• Proficient in Microsoft Office outlook.
• Good report writing and communication (verbal and written) skills
• Able to independently propose appropriate course of action in processing cases with unique circumstances
