Salaries and Benefits:

• Up to $20.77 per hour
• Comprehensive insurance coverage
• Issued e-Medical Card upon 3 months of service
• Tele-consult available upon 3 months of service

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Screen and process healthcare professionals’ applications for specialists accreditation and registration
• Correspond with employers and applicants on matters related to their applications
• Review and manage policies related to healthcare professionals’ accreditation and registration
• Provides secretariat support for Board/Council and professional committee meetings
• Handling of enquiries
• Updating of medical practitioner’s database

• Fresh graduates with or without working experience. Those with experience in regulatory/policy work and operations/administration work will have an advantage.
• Demonstrate strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a confident demeanour.
• Possess critical thinking, customer relationship management and data analysis skills.
• Display meticulous attention to detail and strong organisational abilities.
• Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Manage multiple tasks efficiently, handle pressure well, and meet tight deadlines.
• Bring a self-motivated attitude and positive approach to work.
• Are technologically adept, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
