Salaries & Benefits:
- Up to $18.00 per hour
- Comprehensive insurance coverage
- Issued e-Medical Card upon 3 months of service
- Tele-consult available upon 3 months of service
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Support in generating group ticket sales from various sales leads and conducting cold calls to engage communities, corporate, and government organisations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for potential customers, addressing phone and email inquiries.
- Assist in coordinating group tours scheduling.
- Follow up on after-sales service and ensure proper documentation is maintained.
- Aid in collaborating with third-party vendor(s) to reconcile accounts and sales.
- Coordinate with the Finance Department for revenue tracking.
- Provide assistance with MarketPlace booth sales.
- Provide support for marketing eg coordinating with appointed PR agency
- Support in organising and participating in roadshows and publicity leading up to the event in July 2026.
- Undertake other ad-hoc duties as required.
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Comfortable with cold calling and engaging external stakeholders including communities, corporate, and government organisations
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to handle phone and email enquiries professionally
- Good organisational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines
- Basic understanding of sales administration and after-sales processes, including documentation and follow-ups
- Able to work closely with Finance and third-party vendors for reconciliation and revenue tracking
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with CRM or ticketing systems is an advantage
