1. Quality Service tasks:
- Addressing clients' queries over the phone and via emails.
- Attending to walk-in clients.
- Providing administrative support to the QS team as needed.
- Any other duties assigned by the QS Manager.
- Manage the whole procurement cycle for selected goods and services, including obtaining quotations, comparing prices, seeking approval and receiving the goods and services
- Manage and maintain the stock of pantry, office supplies and stationery items.
- Prepare reconciliations on deposits received and rectify any discrepancies.
- Assist with the maintenance of NETS terminals, including basic troubleshooting and administrative support.
- Support the verification and processing of invoices.
- Monitor and send email reminders to external parties to submit claims.
- Assist with investigations to resolve backlog cases.
- Support minor repair and renovation works in the office.
- Perform administrative duties, including maintaining proper filing of hardcopy/ softcopy supporting documents/ emails.
- Undertake any other duties assigned by the Finance Officer/Manager.
- Diploma in any discipline. Candidates without a diploma but with relevant work experience will also be considered. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and the ability to work with multiple IT systems.
- Good communication and writing skills; must be proficient in English. Fluency in Malay language is an advantage.
- Organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in document handling, procurement, and financial tasks.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- A proactive, self-motivated individual who can work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Able to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure, while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Passionate about serving the community and demonstrating empathy and respect when dealing with clients and colleagues.
