Salaries and Benefits:
- Up to $3,000.00 per month

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Course & Event Support: To support the DPD officers to coordinate logistics for SCP training courses and study visits, including application of visas for participants, venue and transport bookings, participant lists, and preparation of course materials, ensuring all arrangements are completed on time.
- Procurement & Finance Processes: To support the Branch’s procurement and finance processes, as assigned, for the smooth running of SCP programmes under the Branch’s portfolio.
- Records Management: To maintain accurate and proper digital and hardcopy records of documents in a timely manner.
- Mailbox Management: Monitor and triage the SCP mailbox, ensuring emails are correctly routed or replied to within stipulated timelines.
- Assist with other Branch-related duties as assigned by supervisors.
Key Requirements:
- Diploma or equivalent.
- Prior administrative or operations support experience (e.g., data entry, records management, customer service, event logistics) is preferred, though candidates with transferable skills and willingness to learn are also welcome.
- Proven ability to handle repetitive, detail-oriented tasks quickly and accurately.
- Able to follow written multi-step instructions with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in written and spoken English, with clear communication skills.
- Competent in Microsoft Word, Excel (basic sorting/filtering), and Outlook (calendar scheduling and email).
- Strong organisational, time management and multi-tasking skills; able to meet multiple deadlines.
- Reliable, punctual and able to work effectively both as part of a team and independently.
