Headcount Needed: 1 pax (Full Time)

Salaries & Benefits:

• Up to $2,700.00 per month
• Completion bonus will be given
• Comprehensive insurance coverage
• Issued e-Medical Card upon 3 months of service
• Tele-consult available upon 3 months of service
   

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle general enquiries (calls and emails) from employers and migrant workers (MWs), including CRM escalations from MOMCC
• Review and assist to route FormSG and CRM cases to relevant teams for follow-up
• Collate necessary statistics from CRM and FormSG for case tracking
• Handle returned mails for letters sent out by CPG team
• Updating of female MWs’ 6ME results and related enquires
• To perform ad-hoc duties including data-entry task, generation of standard outcome letters and issue outcome to customers

• Possess positive work attitude
• Possess good communication (verbal & written) and customer service skills
• Must be computer literate and know MS Office
• Able to work with minimum supervision
• Experience in admin or data entry experience is preferred
