Salaries & Benefits:

• Up to $2,600.00 per month
• Comprehensive Insurance Coverage
• Issued e-Medical Card upon 3 months of service
• Tele-consult available upon 3 months of service

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Review police reports submitted by members of the public through an authorised system.
• Assess the facts and circumstances of each case and update relevant information accurately in the system.
• Refer reports to the appropriate investigation branch for follow-up.
• Draft and send referral emails using Microsoft Outlook.
• Conduct basic fact-checking and cross-reference information using multiple browsers and online sources.
• Ensure accurate data entry and proper documentation of case information.
• Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and exercise discretion in the course of work.
• Manage assigned workload and ensure cases are processed within stipulated timelines.

Key Requirements:

• Able to review and understand written information accurately.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Outlook to draft basic emails.
• Comfortable navigating multiple browsers and online sources for verification purposes.
• Meticulous and detail-oriented with strong accuracy in data entry.
• Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage workload effectively.
• Able to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
