Salaries and Benefits:

• Up to $10,640.00 per month

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Product Development & Strategy: Lead the conceptualisation, design, and development of products specifically focused on supporting the conversion exercise, working strategically to identify officer needs and translate them into practical solutions that facilitate successful role transitions.
• Technical Implementation: Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy applications and solutions, leveraging moderate engineering experience to ensure products are technically sound and meet user requirements whilst maintaining focus on conversion-specific outcomes.
• Stakeholder Management: Work flexibly across different teams and stakeholder groups to gather requirements, validate product concepts, and ensure solutions align with conversion objectives whilst maintaining clear communication about product development progress and timelines.

• 0 to 3 years of experience in product management or related roles with demonstrated ability to develop and deploy digital products
• Basic to moderate experience with engineering and application deployment processes
• Experience working with vibe-code and AI-first product development methods
• Experience working in fast-paced environments with clear deliverables and timelines and navigating the public sector
• Strategic thinking with ability to translate high-level objectives into practical product solutions
• Flexibility to work across different aspects of product development from concept to deployment
• Strong collaboration skills with ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Basic understanding of software development processes and deployment practices
