Roles & Responsibilities:
- Drive quarterly onboarding cycles by developing and executing comprehensive communication plan, including updating onboarding guides, FAQs, and refining job post tagging templates
- Manage end-to-end agency submission processes, including collection, validation, and perform quality assurance on agency requests for new/additional job posts eligible to ensure all job posts meet framework eligibility
- Serve as the primary liaison for agencies, resolving submission gaps and providing guidance on framework compliance and programme objectives
- Prepare submissions for next level approval, including contextual summaries, historical comparisons, and change analyses for previously onboarded agencies
- Communicate framework approval outcomes to agencies, providing tailored guidance and clear pathways to the agencies for implementation
- Oversee the strategic partnership with third-party assessment providers. Monitor contract performance and optimise service delivery to ensure scalability.
- Coordinate development initiatives between assessment providers and GovTech Tech Practice teams to ensure assessment quality and relevance across evolving tech roles
- Manage role-specific requirements, including interview assessments and pre-assessment moderation processes
- Implement and maintain comprehensive tracking systems and master databases for all framework participants, approved positions, and assessment outcomes
- Prepare regular reports for the framework/policy owner on framework performance, participation rates, assessment outcomes, and recommendations
- Develop and maintain automated dashboards and analytics for policy owners, identifying trends that inform future policy enhancements
- Manage data governance and quality assurance across all tracking systems
- Proactively identify opportunities to leverage AI and digital tools to automate manual workflows, optimize data collation, and enhance the overall efficiency of the framework’s operations.
- Enhance programme documentation through continuous FAQ updates and process improvements
- 3 – 5 years of experience in Programme Management, Operations or Account Management
- Proven track record in managing complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives with high attention to detail
- Ability to translate complex policy into clear, “user-friendly” guidance and prepare executive-level reports.
- Savvy in adopting digital productivity tools and a baseline understanding of how AI can be applied to streamline administrative processes.
- Strong critical thinking and analytical capabilities
- Strong data fluency with proficiency in data analysis and reporting (Excel essential; experience with data visualisation tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms advantageous)
- Good stakeholder management skills with ability to influence and coordinate across multiple government agencies
- Experience in vendor/contractor and/or partnership management
- Experience in government workforce development or HR transformation programmes
- Knowledge of competency frameworks and technical assessment methodologies
- Familiarity with government HR processes and frameworks
