Salaries and Benefits:

• Up to $18.50 per hour
• Comprehensive insurance coverage
• Issued e-Medical Card upon 3 months of service
• Tele-consult available upon 3 months of service

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Support the collection and compilation of data related to Postgraduate Year One performance.
• Gather qualitative and quantitative data from various sources, including reports and existing databases.
• Organise and maintain data in a structured and accessible format within the database.
• Verify and ensure the accuracy and relevance of collected information.
• Collaborate with team members to identify data requirements and improve data collection processes where necessary.
• Provide general administrative and logistical support as assigned to support operational needs.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Able to work with and manage various types of data from multiple sources with accuracy.
• Meticulous and detail-oriented in handling tasks and information.
• Possess strong communication skills and able to respond to enquiries from stakeholders via phone and email in a professional manner.
• Able to commit to working in the office for at least three days per week.
