Headcount Needed: 1 pax (Full Time)
Salary & Benefits:
- up to $3,160.00 per month

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day operations for the roll-out of the Practice Guidelines for FAM Counsellors E-Course, Family Counselling BookingSG implementation, collection and analysis of FAM staff information, execution of training programmes, and OCFA review
- Handle data-entry, data tracking, basic analysis, and reporting · Assist with technical troubleshooting and handling enquiries
- Provide secretariat support for meetings, including logistics planning, preparation of materials, taking minutes, and meeting follow-ups
- Perform other duties as assigned to support FSP’s operations, including ad-hoc UATs
- Support the planning and running of FSP events
Key Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Social Sciences or related fields
- Strong Excel proficiency for data tracking and analysis
- Basic analytical skills for data interpretation and reporting
- Attention to detail for accurate documentation and quality control
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Possesses strong communication abilities, both written and spoken.
