Salary & Benefits:

• $2,580.00 per month
• Comprehensive Insurance Coverage
• Issued an e-Medical Card upon 3 months of service
• Tele-consult available upon 3 months of service

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative and coordination support to Project Managers and IT officers in support of infrastructure-related operations.
• Assist in document preparation, filing, digitisation and records management of infrastructure-related documents.
• Liaise with appointed service providers on routine operational matters, including backup media handling and records tracking.
• Ensure the daily sending and return of backup media are properly tracked and documented.
• Support stocktakes exercises and maintain proper records of hardware, peripherals and related inventory movements.
• Assist in the tracking and update of departmental assets, including cabinets, pedestals, keys and portable storage media.
• Digitise hardcopy documents for storage in the central digital repository.
• Support routine audit checks and verification exercises for assigned assets and storage media.
• Assist in disposal or condemnation exercises for expired hardware and peripherals, including records updating.
• Perform other ad hoc administrative and operational support duties as assigned.
