Salary & Benefits:

• $2,580.00 per month
• Comprehensive Insurance Coverage
• Issued an e-Medical Card upon 3 months of service
• Tele-consult available upon 3 months of service

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative and coordination support to Project Managers and IT officers in support of application-related work.
• Assist in document preparation, report compilation, tabulation of data and meeting scheduling.
• Support onboarding, offboarding and vendor access/escort arrangements, where required.
• Track IT account requests, route them to the relevant parties, and follow up until closure.
• Assist in the preparation and coordination of periodic system’s related review exercises with relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain and update system registers, contract registers and other tracking logs.
• Send reminders and follow up on outstanding administrative actions, submissions and contract registration matters.
• Provide basic operational support and follow-up for application-related matters under the supervision of IT officers, where required.
• Perform other ad hoc administrative and operational support duties as assigned.
• Candidate with exposure or able to pick up basic technical skills in application support, troubleshooting, system monitoring, light coding and simple-automation or analytics dashboard related tasks, will be a plus.
