Salaries and Benefits:
- Up to $5,000.00 per month

- Work closely with various airport stakeholders, both internal and external, to support incident troubleshooting and resolution under guidance from senior engineers.
- Assist internal technical teams and vendors in gathering technical requirements, preparing documentation, and helping to propose technical solutions and performance metrics.
- Support proper project and change management activities to ensure delivered solutions meet technical, functional, performance, and business expectations.
- Assist in the day-to-day operations, monitoring, maintenance, compliance, and enhancement of Airport IT systems across terminals, including participation in 24/7 standby or support rotations when required.
- Perform basic reviews and contribute to improvements of business and IT processes as part of continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support evaluation of new technologies including automation tools, AI-assisted operations, cloud platforms, endpoint security, IoT devices, and digital passenger systems.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, SOPs, inventory records, and operational checklists.
- A Diploma or an accredited Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems / Technology, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related discipline.
- Certifications in IT Service Management (ITSM) or foundational Project Management (e.g., ITIL Foundation, CAPM) will be an advantage.
- Basic understanding of Networking, System Administration, Cloud Technologies, or Cyber Security will be beneficial.
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in related technical domains, system support, or technology operations (internships included).
- Strong analytical, documentation, and project coordination skills.
- Good communication skills — verbal, written, and presentation — to effectively support interactions with internal teams and external partners.
- Proactive, responsible, and eager to learn; able to identify and escalate issues promptly.
- Self-motivated and adaptable to a dynamic 24/7 operational environment.
