Healthcare Licensing Officer, ACPED

Salary and Benefits:

• Up to $20.77 per hour
• Comprehensive insurance coverage
• Issued e-Medical Card upon 3 months of service
• Tele-consult available upon 3 months of service

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assist with applications for Certificate of Competency by dental practitioners
• Attend to emails and telephone enquiries relating to healthcare practitioners’ Practising Certificate (PC) applications and Continuing Professional Education (CPE) claims and applications.
• Assist in processing of PC applications and CPE claims from practitioners and provider and event accreditations from event providers.
• Generate reports to monitor practitioners who have or have not renewed their PCs and other ad-hoc reporting
• Any other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Key Requirements:

• Meticulous and confident individual with good analytical and writing skills.
• Possesses good interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work independently as well as in a team
• Possess initiative and positive work attitude, ability to multi-task with good time management and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
• IT savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office applications
