Salaries and Benefits:
- Up to $20.77 per hour

- Tele-consult available upon 3 months of service
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Support records management activities, such as reviewing off-site stored files, compiling records inventories, doing stock takes and maintaining tracking lists.
- Assist with document and records migration tasks, such as extracting files and uploading records to designated systems.
- Conduct checks on records metadata (e.g., retention and security classification) and perform data entry to update as needed.
- Liaise with internal users on queries and maintain status updates.
- Other ad-hoc records management duties as assigned.
- Degree in any discipline.
- Preferably with at least two years’ work experience in office administration.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Able to perform review and update of records information, and accurate data entry using Microsoft Office applications such as Excel and Word.
- Comfortable working with data and IT systems.
- Good communication skills.
- Prior exposure to records management is an advantage but not required.
