Salary & Benefits:

- Comprehensive Insurance Coverage
- Issued e-Medical Card upon 3 months of service
- Tele-consult available upon 3 months of service
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage customer care counter operations and attend to residents’ enquiries
- Process counter-related transactions and documentation
- Provide administrative support for daily operations
- Assist in coordinating and supporting events as required
- Execute additional administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor
- Maintain organised counter area and ensure service standards are met
- Basic computer proficiency, especially in MS Office applications
- Customer service orientation with professional demeanour
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Basic administrative and organisational skills
