Salary & Benefits:

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Support monitoring of vacancies and capacity across departments.
• Assist in placement coordination and stakeholder engagement for homeless and vulnerable individuals.
• Support social investigations, accommodation placement processes, and follow-up reviews.
• Assist in monitoring residents’ rehabilitation and reintegration plans, including review of long-staying cases.
• Maintain and update data repositories, case records, and tracking systems.
• Support process improvement initiatives and systems enhancement projects.
• Perform secretariat duties, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, coordinating review panels, and recording meeting outcomes.
• Provide administrative and operational support for department related workstreams.
• Perform other duties and tasks as assigned to support the placement and case management work of the Division.

• Tertiary qualifications in any discipline.
• Experience in casework, case management, social service, or stakeholder engagement would be an advantage.
• Interest in working with vulnerable persons, including homeless and destitute individuals.
• Strong interpersonal, coordination, administrative, writing, and computer skills.
• Able to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders and manage competing priorities.
