Manager, Organisational Transformation (Policy)

Salary and Benefits:

• $20.77 per hour
• Comprehensive insurance coverage
• Issued e-Medical Card upon 3 months of service
• Tele-consult available upon 3 months of service

Roles & Responsibilities:

• You will research, benchmark, and draft policy papers on organisational transformation.
• You will engage internal stakeholders to gather views and surface issues, and support consultations on transformation-related matters.
• Working across multiple workstreams, you will help align policy intent with implementation and communications, and provide secretariat support where needed.
• You will also monitor implementation progress and emerging issues, and help prepare updates for senior management.

Key Requirements:

• A degree in any discipline, with experience in policy development or the implementation of organisational initiatives.
• You should be comfortable working with data to surface insights and support evidence-based recommendations.
• Strong writing and communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams, will be key to success in this role.
