Manager, Organisational Transformation (Communications & Engagement)

Salary and Benefits:

• $20.77 per hour
• Comprehensive insurance coverage

Roles & Responsibilities:

• You will develop and execute an integrated communications and engagement strategy, delivering content across a range of communication channels, e.g. townhalls, e-bulletins.
• You will design and implement structured engagement platforms — such as pulse surveys and focus groups — to gather staff feedback, analyse sentiments, and identify emerging concerns. Drawing on these insights, you will develop actionable recommendations to inform leadership decisions and refine communications strategies.
• You will also support leadership alignment by ensuring coherent messaging across diverse stakeholder groups, and track key metrics to assess and improve the effectiveness of your communications efforts.

Key Requirements:

• A degree in any discipline, with experience in communications, engagement, or change management. Prior experience in organisational transformation or public sector initiatives would be an advantage.
• You should be a strong communicator who is equally comfortable crafting a message and facilitating a room, with the ability to synthesise complex information into clear, compelling narratives.
