Headcount Needed: 1 pax (Full Time)

Salary & Benefits:

• $2,760.00 per month
• Comprehensive insurance coverage
• Issued e-Medical Card upon 3 months of service
• Tele-consult available upon 3 months of service

Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Support in Regional Service and ComLink+ initiatives:

• Support the team’s befriending work with ComLink+ families (e.g. scheduling of house visits/ appointments, recording of case notes, and/or contacting of families)
• Collation of inputs/ programme updates and progress tracking

2. Support in administration and logistics of ComLink+ Programme, volunteer management, and stakeholder engagements, such as:

• Collation of attendance for programmes/events
• Outreach to ComLink families

3. Any other ad-hoc work as assigned by GM/AGM/TL
 

• Demonstrate passion in helping low-income families and vulnerable families; empathetic towards clients’ need;
• Service oriented, and strong inter-personal and communication skills; able to be assertive but tactful;
• Good administration skills and familiar with Microsoft Office tools, and telecommunication apps (e.g. Zoom, Teams);
• Fair analytical skills; demonstrates problem solving;
• Team player who is resilient, meticulous and able to work under pressure;
• Preferably background in Psychology/ Social Work/ Sociology;
