Salary & Benefits:
- $2,760.00 per month

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Liaise with relevant divisions to retrieve, compile, and verify data to ensure SSAs’ compliance with requirements and internal processes for the management of Integrated Service Providers (ISPs) and Family Guidance Orders (FGOs).
- Track and report on SSAs’ key performance indicators, including at the programme level.
- Monitor case management timelines and ensure documentation is completed accurately and on time.
- Assist in reviewing SSAs’ Business Continuity Plans and support the oversight of FGO escort service operations.
- Send reports and reminders to SSAs and follow up on reporting and administrative requirements in a timely manner.
- Assist in maintaining system access and user roles, including supporting periodic reviews of access rights.
- Assist with coordination and administrative tasks related to the rollout and implementation of the Case Central system.
3. Operational and Administrative Support
- Provide operational and administrative support, including IO screening, processing of Approved Welfare Officer appointments and coordinating surveys such as the Quality of Life Survey and KPI Satisfaction Survey.
- Assist in setting up Standard Operating Procedures for relevant processes.
4. Any Other Matters
- Support the upcoming office relocation, including coordination, administrative support, and digitalisation of materials for the team
- Assist with any other tasks as required.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications (i.e. Word PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good organisational skills
- Strong sense of partnership and able to work well in a team
- Responsive and prompt in addressing various needs of clients and partners in supporting various projects
- Is resourceful and able to multi-task
