Salaries and Benefits:
- $22.23 per hour
- Comprehensive insurance coverage

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle enquiries and assess appeals from citizens regarding government schemes, ensuring fair and thorough evaluation of each case
- Liaise with various public agencies to gather necessary information, coordinate responses, and address citizens' needs effectively
- Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements that improve service delivery
- Manage complex cases requiring detailed analysis and coordination across multiple stakeholders
- Work on projects involving a new CRM system and AI, with a focus on data analysis and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) implementation
- Conduct data analytics on quality service management queries from the public
- Other administrative tasks as required
- Relevant experience in case management, customer service, or public sector administration with focus on citizen engagement and appeals processing
- Experience in liaising with public agencies and managing multi-stakeholder coordination
- Have experience in process improvement initiatives and system enhancement projects
- Communicates effectively, both in writing and speaking
- Works independently and manages priorities effectively
- Adaptable and resourceful in handling different tasks and challenges
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Shows proactive approach to problem-solving with eagerness to learn and apply new skills
