Roles & Responsibilities:
- Maintaining High Service Standards
- Ensure HR services meet service deliverables with a focus on strong information management and the effective use of technology.
- Ensuring Timely HR Transaction Processing
- Ensure the accurate and timely processing of HR transactions, maintaining high data integrity in the HR database and system in line with service standards.
- Ensuring Accuracy of Payroll and Medical Claims
- Support administration of payroll billing and conduct post-payment audit on staff medical claims.
- Supporting Process Improvements
- Support both teams in identifying opportunities to streamline and automate manual HR operations through adoption of suitable operational technologies (e.g., RPA).
- Building Collaborative Relationships
- Develop strong working relationships with HR teams, other government agencies, and stakeholders to ensure seamless HR processing and service delivery to meet employees’ needs.
- Tertiary education in Human Resource, Business Administration or related disciplines.
- Preferably 1-2 years of relevant work experience in HR. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
