Salaries and Benefits:
- $2,760.00 per month

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Conduct visual headcounts at designated student engagement spaces across multiple campus locations at scheduled intervals, including travelling between assigned locations in accordance with the study schedule.
- Record and maintain utilisation data in accordance with prescribed data collection procedures.
- Capture photographic records of the designated spaces at scheduled intervals and organise the images into the prescribed folder structure for documentation and archival purposes.
- Consolidate utilisation data and prepare simple summaries and reports to illustrate space utilisation and usage trends.
- Assist in the verification and organisation of collected data and supporting records.
- Other administrative duties related to the utilisation study, as required.
Key Requirements:
- Good attention to detail and accuracy in data collection and recording.
- Good organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and follow prescribed data collection procedures.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (particularly Microsoft Excel and Word) to prepare simple summaries and utilisation reports.
- Comfortable using a smartphone or digital device to capture and organise photographic records.
- Able to move between different campus locations to conduct utilisation observations.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- No prior work experience required; on-the-job training will be provided.
- GCE ‘A’ Levels, Polytechnic Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
