Salary & Benefits:
- Up to $3,300.00 per month

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Support the preparation and curation of the brand health report, including data consolidation and coordination of reporting timelines.
- Support the planning, execution, and reporting of marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with approved strategies and objectives.
- Coordinate and support brand activations, including logistics coordination, vendor liaison, and post-activation reporting.
- Assist in the organisation and delivery of brand workshops, including preparation of materials, scheduling, and follow-up actions.
- Provide support for management engagement and presentations, including preparation of decks, consolidation of inputs, and coordination of briefings.
- Provide operational and administrative support for marcomms initiatives, including day-to-day execution support and coordination across activities.
- Support inventory management and procurement administration, including stocktaking and upkeep of corporate collaterals, preparation of Purchase Orders, invoice tracking, and management of required documentation.
- Provide support in other ad-hoc marketing and communications matters as required
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in marketing and communications roles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams.
- Possess a positive attitude and strong sense of accountability.
- Demonstrated initiative, good time management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Able to work collaboratively within a team while being capable of independent execution.
- Comfortable coordinating with internal stakeholders, vendors, and cross-departmental teams.
- Prior exposure to branding, campaigns, or corporate communications will be an advantage.
