Salary and Benefits:
- $3,500.00 per month
- Comprehensive insurance coverage

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Support the planning and implementation of festival programmes, including tours, workshops, exhibitions, community initiatives and family-friendly activities
- Assist in stakeholder engagement and partnership coordination, working with heritage organisations, public agencies, educational institutions, community groups and corporate partners to deliver festival programmes
- Support volunteer management efforts, including volunteer recruitment, onboarding, coordination, engagement and appreciation initiatives
- Management of the client’s digital platforms and content, including website updates, programme listings, social media content and festival communications
- Support marketing and publicity efforts by coordinating the collection, proofreading and submission of publicity materials with appointed agencies and vendors
- Assist in festival operations and logistics, including programme scheduling, ticketing coordination, vendor management and on-ground event execution
- Support post-festival activities such as KPI tracking, reporting, stakeholder follow-ups, appreciation dinner and administrative processes including procurement, payment processing and documentation
- Provide administrative and operational support, including coordination of meetings, tracking of deliverables and maintenance of festival records and documentation
Key Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience working in the arts / heritage / culture, events management or a relevant sector
- Experience in government administration, procurement and finance procedures
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills as you will be reaching out to a wide range of audiences.
- Able to manage multiple stakeholders and projects concurrently; creative and agile thinker
- Able to work independently and as a team.
