Our Client is responsible for administering justice through the High Court and the Court of Appeal. Committed to upholding the rule of law and ensuring fair, impartial, and efficient dispute resolution, our Client hears a wide range of civil and criminal matters, as well as appeals from lower courts. Through the use of technology, continuous innovation, and strong judicial governance, our Client strives to deliver accessible, trusted, and high-quality judicial services while maintaining public confidence in Singapore's legal system.
Salaries and Benefits:
- $6,000.00 per month
- Comprehensive insurance coverage
- Issued e-Medical Card upon 3 months of service
- Tele-consult available upon 3 months of service
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. End-to-End Event & Visit Management
- Plan and execute inbound and outbound visits, including programme design, scheduling and logistics
- Develop detailed run sheets and ensure smooth on-site execution of engagements
- Coordinate across internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure alignment and readiness
2. Protocol Oversight
- Advise on and implement appropriate protocol arrangements, including order of precedence, seating and engagement etiquette
- Ensure consistency and accuracy in protocol-related matters across engagements
3. Stakeholder & Vendor Management
- Serve as a key point of contact for foreign delegations, embassies and partners
- Manage vendors and service providers to ensure timely and quality delivery
4. Operational Planning & Coordination
- Anticipate operational risks and troubleshoot issues in a timely manner
- Maintain oversight of timelines, dependencies and deliverables across multiple engagements
5. Bicentennial Event Delivery
- Play a key role in supporting the delivery of international components of Judiciary Bicentennial events
- Ensure high standards of execution for high-level engagements
Key Requirements:
- Experience: Prior experience in event management, protocol or international relations, preferably in a government or corporate setting
- Execution Excellence: Strong project management skills with the ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder engagements
- Protocol Familiarity: Understanding of protocol practices and ability to apply them appropriately
- Teamwork: Able to guide and coordinate among a variety of team members, judicial colleagues and other stakeholders effectively
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous and organised, with a strong sense of accountability
- Composure: Calm under pressure and able to respond to evolving situations
