Salaries and Benefits:
- $17.05 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Upload and maintain technology guidance documents and whitelists on the client's website.
- Organise and manage the secretariat mailbox to facilitate email retrieval and query tracking.
- Coordinate committee meeting logistics, including preparation of materials and venue arrangements.
- Collate availability and conflict of interest declarations from committee members, and schedule meetings.
- File and archive documents following committee meetings and implementation of decisions.
- Track and compile reporting indicators.
- Provide administrative support for the ISL/Model Update Process, including stakeholder communications and collation of applications.
- Support the annual PHI application exercise, including dissemination of forms and collation of submissions.
- Support the client industry engagement sessions, including logistics and collation of feedback.
- Holds at least diploma qualification in healthcare or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years of work experience.
- High degree of attention to detail.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong organisational, multi-tasking, decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as a team.
- Ability to form positive and facilitative interpersonal relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritise work efficiently and effectively to meet deadlines
- Ability to think and plan strategically and to exercise sound judgement in the face of conflicting pressures.
- Ability to use standard Microsoft packages.
- A general understanding of the client, the local health system and the social, political, economic and technical context within which the client operates is desirable.
- Experience working within an academic, clinical or health services research environment and supporting a multidisciplinary team is desirable.
