Salaries & Benefits:
- Up to $20.00 per hour
- Comprehensive insurance coverage

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Crafting and administering survey questionnaires;
- Collating survey returns, cleaning data and organising databases;
- Analysing data and working across numerous datasets to derive insights;
- Visualising data reports and dashboards for regular monitoring;
- Providing troubleshooting support for survey respondents and data users; and
- Other tasks (e.g. provide administrative support, coordinate department meetings, organising department events).
Key Requirements:
- Good written & verbal communication, as well as numeracy skills
- Meticulous with details and willingness to learn quickly
- Familiarity with MS Office tools (e.g. MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook)
- Comfortable managing large spreadsheets and/or databases independently
- Familiarity with research survey administration (e.g. administering survey questionaries, answering queries from survey respondents, collating and analysing returns)
- Experience with quantitative data analyses (e.g. data cleaning, use of pivot tables); and/or
- Experience in data dashboarding & visualisation (e.g. PowerBI).
