Salaries and Benefits:
- Up to $3,000.00 per month
- Comprehensive insurance coverage
- Issued e-Medical Card upon 3 months of service

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage front counter duties, including attending to students, staff, visitors, and handling telephone calls. Respond to walk-in enquiries and assist with school-related matters.
- Manage unwell students and provide necessary support, including first aid treatment.
- Maintain the school calendar of events and report daily school activities.
- Manage and maintain school records, including loan items and lost-and-found items.
- Handle deliveries, ensuring requestors are informed upon receipt.
- Manage and process incoming/outgoing mail.
- Compile basic data and statistics as required.
- Assist the school administration team with non-complex procurement processes.
- Provide ad hoc administrative support as assigned.
Key Requirements:
- At least one year of working experience.
- Able to think clearly and make sound judgments.
- Able to apply school guidelines and standard operating procedures to work.
- Attentive and comfortable interacting with students, staff and the general public, demonstrating respect and patience.
- Work well with team members and provide assistance to colleagues when needed.
- Actively participate in team and school-wide activities.
- Willing to learn and continuously improve work processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
