Salary & Benefits:

• $15.95 per hour; $14.50 per hour during training period
• Comprehensive insurance coverage
• Issued e-Medical Card upon 3 months of service
• Tele-consult available upon 3 months of service

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle taxpayers’ Individual Income Tax and Property Tax inquiries via telephone
• Log all interactions accurately into the case management system, including customer inquiries, issues, and resolutions.
• Guide taxpayers in understanding and complying with their tax obligations through taxpayer education and the encouragement of voluntary compliance 
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

 
Key Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least 'A' level/Diploma qualification
• Must be service-oriented and assist taxpayers in fulfilling their tax responsibilities.
• Able to handle taxpayers confidently and professionally
• Prior experience in customer service, along with strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills
