Senior Manager (HR Business Partnering)

They play a key role in ensuring the safe, secure, and efficient management of Singapore's maritime ecosystem while driving initiatives that strengthen the nation's position as a global maritime hub.
 
Salary & Benefits: 

• $8,500.00 per month
• Comprehensive Insurance Coverage

Roles & Responsibilities: 

• Proactively engage line divisions and develop a close partnership to effectively support their business needs.
• Provide HR strategic advice and solutions to line divisions in all aspects including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, talent management, rewards and guidance on HR policies, processes and initiatives.
• Play an active role in organisational change initiatives, including workforce planning, talent acquisition strategies and development programmes.
• Collaborate with HR centres of excellence (e.g. Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits) to deliver integrated HR solutions to line divisions.

Key Requirements: 

• At least ten years of relevant working experience, ideally in aforementioned HR functions
• A team player with strong stakeholders’ management skills
