Salaries and Benefits:
- Up to $4,900.00 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Grant Administration and Management
- Assess and administer grants to ground-up youth groups across our suite of grants, including the Microgrant, Young ChangeMakers (YCM) Grant, and Youth Action Grant (YAG). This includes the applications and closures of grants, ensuring proper governance and accounting.
- Drive process developments and improvements to grants and work with internal stakeholders to review key processes and implement appropriate changes to enhance overall experience.
- Perform data processing, management and reporting.
2. Partnership with Youths
- Propose new ways to grow and forge partnerships to encourage and enable youth action.
- Support youth-led ground-up projects by connecting them to relevant networks, amplification channels, mentors, grants and potential partners.
- Maintain relationships with the Young ChangeMakers (YCM) curators and co-deliver activities that increase the brand awareness of YCM.
- Coordinate and organise monthly YCM Open Mics.
- Support other Partnership Lab key initiatives by working with internal teams on key initiatives under the SG Youth Plan.
3. Others
- Perform any adhoc duties when assigned by supervisor.
Key Requirements:
- Flexibility and willingness to adapt to evolving needs of youths and dynamic environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and inspire trust with young people and stakeholders.
- Good written and verbal communication skills, critical thinking and project management skills, with good ability in handling numbers.
- Programme planning and coordination capabilities, with experience in planning, implementing and managing programmes with ability to work across different platforms.
- Team player who can also work independently with guidance.
- Experience working with youth and/or supporting ground-up initiatives will be advantageous.
- Availability to work on weekends when required.
