Salaries & Benefits:
- Up to $2,760.00 per month

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support for programme registrations, referrals, and related service initiatives.
- Review, verify, and process online registrations and applications received through the organisation’s online portal, including following up on incomplete submissions.
- Coordinate with external service providers and stakeholders on enquiries, requests, case updates, appointment arrangements, and other administrative matters.
- Respond to enquiries from members of the public via email, phone, or other communication channels, providing timely and accurate information.
- Perform data entry, maintain accurate records, and monitor case progress to ensure service standards and timelines are met.
- Prepare reports, update spreadsheets, and maintain documentation to support programme operations.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate the smooth administration of programmes and services.
- Assist in coordinating programme activities, events, and engagement initiatives as required.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the team on ad hoc projects and assignments.
- Support frontline customer service operations when required, including attending to visitors, managing enquiries, and directing clients to the appropriate services.
- Carry out other administrative duties and responsibilities as assigned by the reporting manager.
Key Requirements:
- Diploma in any discipline with relevant experience in project management related to systems development.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and ability to work with multiple IT systems.
- Organised with good time management skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Passionate about service the community.
