1. Programme Preparation (Pre-Pilot)
- Assist in the preparation and development of a new museum-based learning programme ahead of its pilot.
- Assist managers in consulting and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, such as vendors, educators, and subject matter experts, to incorporate their input into the programme.
- Coordinate logistical aspects of the programme with vendors and other collaborators, such as printing, fabrication, and video production.
- Assist managers in proofreading and quality-checking programme content and documentation.
- Support school liaison ahead of pilot visits, including bookings and coordination with teachers.
- Support the education and communications teams in developing basic digital content (e.g. social media collateral and simple graphics) for the programme pilot, where required.
Pre-Visit
- Coordinate bookings received from schools for the onsite programme, including sending reminders to teachers.
- Coordinate the roster of programme facilitators.
- Coordinate room and venue bookings for the onsite programme.
- Update bookings in shared calendars and documentation.
- Manage the onsite programme, including welcoming schools, taking attendance, conducting briefings, and liaising with the operations team where necessary.
- Prepare programme materials and handling objects.
- Evaluate programme facilitators.
- Consolidate facilitators' attendance records for submission to management.
- Consolidate feedback forms received and track feedback trends and enhancement suggestions throughout the pilot period.
- Consolidate areas for improvement and recommended enhancements at the end of the pilot for management review.
- Assist in refining programme resources and supporting the planning and facilitation of related educational initiatives.
- Perform general administrative duties associated with the role as assigned.
- Support any other programme preparation and pilot-related tasks as assigned.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Malay Studies, History, Anthropology or a related field.
- Demonstrates experience in content development, documentation, or programme coordination.
- Experience in programme execution.
- Experience with cultural or heritage-related projects would be an advantage.
