Salary & Benefits:

$3,340.00 per month
Comprehensive insurance coverage

Roles & Responsibilities:

Provide product ops support in investigating post-disbursement issues, identifying root causes, and conducting data analysis.
Testing and verification of product enhancements to support current business needs
Testing and verification of appeals logic and eligibility
Assist in documenting process changes, discussions, tracking follow-ups to completion
Contribute to the team’s continuous improvement initiatives
Other adhoc tasks assigned by section lead

Key Requirements

Ability to identify and resolve data inconsistencies
Analytical and strong attention to detail
Resourceful
Familiarity with data platforms, headless content management system and case management platforms are a plus
Proficient in Excel (Intermediate/Advanced)
Proficient in data visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau or DataBricks)
Proficient with AI/workflow tools or platforms
