About the Company:
Salary & Benefits:
- $2,800.00 per month
- Comprehensive insurance coverage
- Issued e-Medical Card upon 3 months of service
- Tele-consult available upon 3 months of service
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry of meeting notes and engagement records into the CRM system accurately and promptly.
- Organize and maintain documentation and filing of partner-related communications and notes.
- Provide marketing operational support in areas including content development, platform management and research
- Assist in the logistics and operational support for meetings and events
- Coordinating venue and equipment setup
- Preparing printed materials or name tags
- Managing participant registrations and attendance
- Liaising with vendors or internal teams for event needs
- Provide general administrative support to the team, such as scheduling support, and purchase requests
- Support ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the team or supervisor
Key Requirements:
- Prior experience in administrative support, event logistics, or data entry preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) is an advantage.
- Good attention to detail and organization skills.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks within deadlines.
- Positive attitude, team player, and willingness to learn.
