Company Background:
Our client administers Singapore’s taxes and enterprise schemes, overseeing income tax, corporate tax and GST while supporting tax collection and policy.

Salary & Benefits:

• $15.95 per hour for frontline duties; $14.50 per hour for backend duties
• Comprehensive insurance coverage
• Issued e-Medical Card upon 3 months of service
• Tele-consult available upon 3 months of service

Roles & Responsibilities:

• To review cases and listings.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls.
• Prepare, print, and despatch notices and correspondence, including mail merge activities.
• Support day-to-day operational and administrative activities.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

 
Key Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least ‘A’ level/Diploma qualification
• Must be service-oriented and assist taxpayers in fulfilling their tax responsibilities.
• Able to handle taxpayers confidently and professionally
• Prior experience in customer service, along with strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills 
• Prior call centre experience, with the ability to handle calls independently, is preferred
• Experience in public service and/or customer service roles would be an advantage
