Executive/Senior Executive (Maritime Technology Capability)

Headcount Needed: 1 Pax | Full-time 

About the Company: 

Our client regulates and develops Singapore’s maritime sector, supporting port operations, maritime services, digitalisation, decarbonisation, safety and security.

Salary & Benefits: 

• Up to $3,500.00 per month

• Support the coordination and execution of the aIGF EOI evaluation, leading to a 2-year implementation project to advance Singapore’s maritime autonomy capability.
• Support the development and implementation of key workstreams under the Hub of the Future Flagship (under RIE2030).
• Support coordination and developmental work for major funding initiatives, including Autonomy for Maritime (AfM) and Maritime Transformation Programme 3 (MTP3).
• Support end-to-end programme implementation, including R&D workshops and grant calls.
• Coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including industry partners, research institutions and government agencies.
• Prepare papers, reports and presentations for various audiences.
• Support the coordination of multiple workstreams and ensure key milestones and deliverables are followed up within the required timelines.

Key Requirements:

• Ability to coordinate and manage end-to-end programme implementation, including planning, execution, and monitoring of key milestones and deliverables.
• Strong organisational skills to manage multiple workstreams concurrently and meet deadlines.
• Ability to engage and coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including industry partners, research institutions, and government agencies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to prepare papers, reports, and presentations for various audiences.
