Headcount Needed: 1 Pax | Full-time 

About the Company: 

Our client regulates and develops Singapore’s maritime sector, supporting port operations, maritime services, digitalisation, decarbonisation, safety and security.

Salary & Benefits: 

• Up to $3,000.00 per month
• Comprehensive Insurance Coverage 
• Issued e-Medical Card upon 3 months of service 
• Tele-consult available upon 3 months of service 

• Ad hoc projects on talent development, e.g. landscape study on maritime education pathways, one-stop shop for maritime schemes and programmes, course/scheme development where research is needed 
• Planning, organising and admin/logistics for upcoming events.
• Upcoming consultancy study on industry-wide Benefits and Compensation, including organisation of meetings/workshops on the findings.

Key Requirements:

• Good research and analytical skills, with the ability to gather and organise relevant information.
• Good event coordination and administrative skills, including planning and logistical support.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
