About the Company: 

Our client oversees national defence and security, coordinating matters related to the armed forces and safeguarding the country’s sovereignty and territorial integrity.

Salaries & Benefits:

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design, develop and maintain digital products that support operational HR functions, including manpower readiness, HR administration, workforce operations, service delivery, audit and decision support.
• Develop low-code applications using Microsoft Power Platform including, Power Apps, Power Automate, Microsoft Forms, Dataverse (where applicable), Power BI (where applicable)
• Develop digital products using approved Open Government products and Government digital platforms to improve operational workflows.
• Develop and enhance AI-enabled applications and workflow automation to improve productivity, reduce manual effort and support operational decision-making.
• Gather user requirements from HQ PERSCOM, HRSSC, HRI and PERS Hubs, and translate operational needs into practical digital products.
• Develop dashboards, workflow automation and reporting tools to improve operational visibility and service delivery.
• Conduct application testing, troubleshooting and enhancement to ensure operational reliability.
• Produce user guides, technical documentation and administrator handover materials.
• Conduct user training and knowledge transfer to nominated PERSCOM personnel to support long-term sustainment of developed products.
• Support the full product lifecycle from prototype through deployment, user adoption, continuous improvement and sustainment.

Key Requirements:

• Singapore Citizen.
• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Data Analytics or equivalent.
• Able to understand business requirements and translate operational workflows into digital products.
• Good analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple development tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Experience or working knowledge of Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, Microsoft Forms, and Open Government products.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and REST API integration.
• Knowledge of Python, Power BI, Dataverse, and database concepts is an advantage.
• Experience in AI-enabled application development and workflow automation is preferred.
• Familiarity with Git version control and UI/UX design principles is an advantage
