Salary & Benefits:

• Up to $22.00 per hour
• Comprehensive Insurance Coverage
• Issued e-Medical Card upon 3 months of service

• Provide secretarial and administrative support, including calendar management, meeting coordination, logistics arrangements and team activities.
• Maintain office supplies, assets, records and administrative systems.

• Support the filing, retrieval, maintenance and disposal of physical and digital records to ensure proper record-keeping and compliance.

• Support procurement activities, including sourcing, documentation, purchase orders, invoice processing and payment coordination.
• Provide guidance on procurement processes and documentation requirements.

• Support process improvement, system enhancement and automation initiatives.
• Perform other duties and provide coverage support as assigned.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; familiarity with GeBIZ and Workday is an advantage.
• Meticulous and organised, with strong follow-through and the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently; good written and verbal communication skills; a team player who is able to work independently with minimal supervision.
