Executive (Finance Services II)

Headcount Needed: 1 Pax | Full-time 

About the Company: 

Our client regulates and develops Singapore’s maritime sector, supporting port operations, maritime services, digitalisation, decarbonisation, safety and security.

Salary & Benefits: 

• $2,760.00 per month
• Comprehensive Insurance Coverage 
• Issued e-Medical Card upon 3 months of service 
• Tele-consult available upon 3 months of service 

• Responsible for the accuracy, completeness and timely processing of accounting transactions.
• Ensure day-to-day finance operations are carried out in accordance with applicable financial reporting standards, Government Instruction Manual, accounting policies, procedures and internal controls.
• Handle accounts receivable (AR), accounts payable (AP), general ledger (GL) and fixed assets (FA) related projects.
• Support continual process improvements and data analytics initiatives.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor.

Key Requirements:

• Knowledge of accounting processes and financial reporting.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy in handling accounting transactions.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Good organisational and time management skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills.
