About the Company: 
Our client provides corporate shared services across Singapore’s public sector, covering HR, payroll, finance and procurement while driving efficiency and innovation.

Salaries & Benefits:

• Up to $18.00 per hour
• Comprehensive insurance coverage

Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Accounts Payable & Receivable

• Perform Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions, including processing supplier payments and invoices, customer invoice issuance, credit notes, ageing reports and collections.
• Process journals, including adjustments, accruals and intercompany charging.
• – Perform bank reconciliations.

2. Financial Reporting & Compliance

• Prepare audit schedules, reconciliations and supporting financial documentation.
• Respond promptly to enquiries from internal and external stakeholders, including auditors and regulatory authorities.

3. Process Improvement

• Identify opportunities for process improvements to streamline work processes and enhance productivity, efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Requirements:

• Relevant experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, general ledger, or financial operations will be an advantage.
• Good understanding of accounting principles, reconciliations, journal processing, and financial reporting.
• Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems, with good communication skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
