Salaries & Benefits:

• $3,000.00 per month
• Completion bonus will be given
• Comprehensive insurance coverage

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Maintain and organise documentation related to events and programmes conducted at RCs.
• Consolidate event records, reports, attendance data, photographs, feedback and other supporting materials.
• Support documentation, tracking and filing requirements for reimbursement claims for RCs.
• Maintain proper records of invoices, claims, approvals and supporting documents to facilitate reimbursement and audit requirements.
• Provide general administrative and operational support to the team as required.

Key Requirements:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Keen eye for detail.
• Experience in auditing will be an advantage.
