Salaries & Benefits:

• $3,000.00 per month
• Completion bonus will be given

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Coordinate programme and event arrangements with schools, community partners and other stakeholders.
• Support logistics, publicity, participant outreach and administrative arrangements.
• Support the coordination of volunteers and partners for engagement activities.
• Provide on-site support for events and engagement activities, including weekend events where required.
• Assist with post-event feedback, reporting and stakeholder follow-up.
• Undertake other duties and assignments as directed by the supervisor.

Key Requirements:

• Tertiary qualifications in any field.
• At least 2 years of working experience in stakeholder engagement and partnerships.
• Experience in planning and organising events would be an advantage.
• Strong communication, writing and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse partners and navigate diverse viewpoints.
• Agile, adaptable and able to think critically and practically.
