About the Company: 

Salary and Benefits:

• Up to $28.40 per hour
• Comprehensive insurance coverage
• Issued e-Medical Card upon 3 months of service
• Tele-consult available upon 3 months of service

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Perform finance and accounting functions, including but not restricted to accounting for daily revenue collection, accounts payable, month-end closing, fixed assets, fees and charges costing, bank reconciliations and prepare management reports.
• Review of work processes for system enhancement and internal controls.
• Handle Office Administration and eRegistry/Fileshare Administration matters.
• Liaise with departments and agencies on returns and submissions.
• Provide advice and support on financial matters.
• Prepare audit schedules/reports for statutory and other audits.
• Attend to requests or enquiries from external and internal customers.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as required.

Key Requirements:

• A Degree in Accountancy or related discipline with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
• Meticulous, with an eye for details
• A resourceful and self-motivated individual, who can work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, written and verbal communication skills
• A good team player and able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is required, especially Microsoft excel
