Headcount Needed: 1 pax (Full time)

Salaries & Benefits:

$2,800.00 per month
Completion bonus will be given

Issued e-Medical Card upon 3 months of service
Tele-consult available upon 3 months of service

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Logistics arrangement for training

Scheduling FMMD officers for training. This includes schedule officers for training, liaising with training provider/ officers for re-scheduling.
Coordination and logistics arrangement for internal training such as DTC, FFP. This includes booking of room, liaise with trainers for available schedule, set-up of room, arrange for IT/AV equipment, printing training materials, liaise with trainers for uploading of updated training materials, manage scheduling of participants for training, informing participants and provide support during training to trainers, etc.

2. Handle IT-related administrative functions

Manage user (new and transfer) in IT system access. Applies to Resignation / Internal Posting / External Posting / On Long Leave / On Secondment
Update CRO, OMC and CRM licensed users list
Monthly Invoice/Payment verification
Assist in other miscellaneous duties

Key Requirements:

1-3 years of administrative or office experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office,
Basic computer literacy and typing skills,
Attention to detail and accuracy
